Remote and Phone Meetings in Kingman

Phone Meetings Will Continue Post Covid

All face to face meetings in the Kingman area have resumed. However, many members are still in the vulnerable populations and are not ready to return to face to face. You will find the schedules, information, and access to our phone meetings below. We will keep this updated so bookmark for the latest on our phone meetings.

    • VIRTUAL PASS THE BASKET: Intergroup is suggesting that all phone and virtual meetings in Kingman continue to support their home group. We do this by multiplying the number of meetings we would normally attend by the number of dollars we usually put in the basket and write a check for a month. We have provided a form to fill out so we know what you are donating and to whom. You can mail it directly to the secretary of your group, or you may send to Intergroup and the treasurer will distribute to the group(s) you designate.

NEWCOMERS

The newcomer in recovery is the most important person at an AA meeting. We are here for you in a number of ways. You can call our hotline and ask for someone to contact you, call in to our phone meetings, or go to regualr meetings. If you are at risk in your health and prefer not to attend face to face meetings, here are some suggestions:

  • Would you like to talk to someone? Call 855 727 7486 (Pass It On) and the Hotline volunteer will have someone give you a call.
  • The AA Grapevine magazine (our offical publication that shares recovery) does some interesting things that may help. They print in (English) and La ViƱa (Spanish). CLICK HEREThey also have a great "contest" of sorts to give a caption to different cartoons--its fun, why don't you enter. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT A CAPTION

Phone and Online Meetings

As a result of many folks being homebound or unable to attend our local meetings, Kingman AA started phone meetings so everyone who wants can attend whether in person or by phone. Below are several local phone meetings and one online remote meeting. If your group wants to switch to phone or online meetings, have them contact Intergroup on the form below. It's relatively simple and we will walk you through the process then list your meeting here. Scroll down for info on how to access our virtual meetings. With each group, we will create a link to the recording of the most recent meeting. So everyone can listen 24/7 to our meetings.
